Ironbuild Systems Pvt. Ltd. (IBSPL) is engaged in manufacturing of machines and execution of turnkey projects of material handling systems in heavy industries such as salt, metal and alloys and packaging etc. located at GIDC Vithal Udyognagar, Anand. We are in the process of expanding the business and therefore looking for young energetic, self-motivated and experienced candidates having worked in similar type of machine manufacturing and heavy fabrication industry in the following area of operations:

PROJECT ENGINEERING MARKETING:

• Marketing Executives :Positions : 2

  Should be BE (Mech.) with 3-4 years' experience of project engineering marketing. Preference shall be given to Candidates with MBA in Marketing. Should have good flair and command over writing, speaking and reading English.

DESIGN :

• Design Engineer : Position :1

  Should be BE(Mech.) with specialization in design engineering and having relevant experience of 6-7years'in a design department of a heavy machine manufacturing and fabrication industry. Candidate must be proficient with MS excel (knowledge of macros is preferred), AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Proficiency in load analysis tools (matlab, ansys, soildworks, creo, abaqus etc.) will be preferred.

• Drawing Auditor : Position 1

  Should be BE(Mech.) with 4-5years experience /DME (Mech.) with 7-8 years of experience with specialization in design and drafting and having relevant experience in drawing auditing of a heavy machine manufacturing and fabrication industry and should be able to audit the drawings in conjunction with the specifications as per PO.

• Draftsman : Position : 2

  ITI (Draftsman)/DME (Mech.) Knowledge of AutoCAD applications must. Candidate should have minimum of 2-3 years' experience in heavy equipment manufacturing and fabrication industry.

PRODUCTION :

• Production Engineer : Positions : 2

  Should be DME/BE (Mech.) with 2-3 years' experience. Should be well conversant with the fabrication process, reading drawing, marking and cutting as per assembly drawings etc. and adhere to QC norms i.e. stage wise and final QC inspection.

• Quality Control Sr. Engineer : Position 1 /Jr. Engineer : Positions : 2

  Should be DME / BE (Mech.) with 4-6 years' experience for Sr. Engineer and 2-4 years' experience for Jr. Engineer is must in a quality department. Should have thorough knowledge of ISO standards, measuring instruments, and documentation as per QC/QA plan of customer/third party inspection agency. Should also be well conversant with the documentation and maintenance of records etc. relating to QC inspection and checks. Senior Quality Engineer is expected to develop and maintain QAPs as well as internal quality standards and practices.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS :

• Sr. Executive/Executive : Position :1

  Should be B.Com/M.Com with additional qualification of Inter ICWA/CA/CS/MBA(Finance). Should have 4-5 years' experience in handling the Finance and Accounts department of a heavy engineering Company independently. Should have through knowledge of taxation i.e. GST/Income Tax and Company Law. Candidate should also have through knowledge of Banking Law and related matters and should have dealt with bankers for sanction of credit facilities etc. Preparation of final accounts and get them audited. Candidate shall be responsible to handle the department independently.

• Accounts Assistant : Positions : 2

  Should be B.Com / M. Com from a reputed College/University with 1-2 years 'experience in an engineering Company. Candidate should have in depth knowledge of Tally ERP and should also have through knowledge of Taxation matters. Freshers with good academic records may also apply.

PURCHASE :

• Sr. Executive: Position :1

  Should be BE(Mech.) with 3-5 years' experience in purchase department of a heavy engineering Company. Candidate should have through knowledge of the engineering purchases i.e. mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation. Should have good flair of English and negotiation skills and self-motivated. Candidate shall be responsible to handle purchase function independently.

• Purchase Assistant :Positions : 2

  Should be DME (Mech.) with 1-2 years' experience in purchase department of a heavy engineering Company. Freshers with good academic records may also apply.

CENTRAL ENGINEERING STORES :

• Store In-charge : Position :1

  Should be DME/BE (Mech.) with 3-4 years' experience in handling and maintaining stores of heavy engineering Company. Develop internal store keeping and inventory data base system. Proficiency with computer especially MS Excel is a must. Candidate should also have knowledge of Tally ERP or any other ERP.

• Store Assistant : Positions : 4

  Should be DME with 1-2 years' experience in stores department of a heavy engineering Company. Should have fair knowledge of all records maintenance etc. with respect to all inward and outward material. Should also have the fair knowledge of taxation etc. and should also be able to handle the dispatch of finished goods and liaison with transporters etc. Proficiency with computer especially MS Excel is a must.

FABRICATION SHOP :

• Fabricator/Fitter : Position : 6

  Candidate should be ITI (Fitter) with 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing and fabrication industry. Candidate should have knowledge of lay out, cutting, positioning and sourcing parts and assemblies as per drawings.

• Welder : Position : Position : 6

  Candidate should be ITI (Welder) with 2-3 years of experience in similar industry. Candidate should have the knowledge of SS/MS Tig welding and welding components and assemblies using Electric, Gas Arc/Argon and other welding equipment.

MACHINE SHOP :

• CNC (Turning Centre) Operator :

  Should be ITI/DME(Mech.) with additional qualification of CNC course from a reputed institute with minimum 6-7 years of experience with programming of CNC Turning Centre (Siemens Controller).
